History

Ron Wampler, alongside wife and partner Mary Beth, founded Wampler Builder in 1989 on one simple belief: each client is deserving of a home finely constructed with paramount quality, while remaining within their budget at a truly-honest price.

After 35 years in the home building craft and 20 years as an independent, Ron continues to adequately listen to his clients and fully understand their interests. His devotion to them remains unwavering, and his guarantee of building their dream home stands as firm as the home itself.

Ron and Mary Beth take great pride in educating their clients in the initial stages of choosing a lot and developing plans to ensure comprehensive and unambiguous communication channels. Furthermore, meeting the needs and expectations of the clients have been, and continue to be, at the heart of their philosophy. The success Ron and Mary Beth have experienced is thoroughly attributed to their willingness to carefully listen to each and every client and from their ability to accommodate all customers' needs and desires.

Today, a new generation has been incorporated to the Wampler Builder team. Ron and Mary Beth's son, Ryan Wampler, has successfully added a new dimension to the team without compromising the rich tradition of producing luxury homes superior in quality.
